Allred Family Christmas Fundraiser
The extended Allred Family hosted a Christmas Fundraiser for Orphans and
raised $1,200.
- $500 has been given to cover Zhao Jung Ping's cleft pallet surgery.
- $400 has been given to cover supplies at the Baotou Children's Home
for over a month. This gift will be sufficient to provide babies with
infant formula and purchase general supplies that will help ensure a
healthy and clean environment for the children.
- $300 was given to purchase a hot water heater to provide for thousands
of warm baths at the Baotou Children's Home.
These gifts to Baotou Children's Home expand Portion for Orphans' efforts
to support this home: we have been covering rent on this home for the
last year. |

Upcoming Trip
I, Sally, am planning to spend a few months in Thailand and Nepal starting
in April. Please pray over the planning of this trip. I will be working with
Mercy International, a Christian Orphanage in Thailand, as well as meeting
with organizations that are rescuing and serving exploited children. Then,
I will spend a month with the girls in Nepal, teaching Bible, swimming and
leadership
skills and reading stories to all the little ones at night. This trip will
also enable me to visit with the director concerning his request that we start
a 2nd orphanage in Nepal. This is a great opportunity,
please pray that God would clearly lead us.
